Found this place through Yelp! From what Ive heard you can text Alex (the chef) to check on his hours (they change sometimes). He's Super nice. He said in his text he's always in the same location "Corner of Cartwright Rd and Poakalani St in Waikiki".
His number is 808-202-4920
We took an Uber there. Easy peasy. You can tell he really loves his job. Loves creating food and takes great pride in it. We tried all of the empanadas he had that night. We had The Colombian Beef and potato, Sofrito Chicken, Samosa, and Argentina Beef. I honestly couldn't tell you which one we liked most, they were all incredible! I loved the unique flavors in each!
He also had 4 different sauces we could dip our empanadas in. They didn't need the sauce, but it definitely enhanced the experience!
I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they come out here! Excellent! -

Hands down the one of the most legit Latin food in a 2500 mile radius.
It is a little food trailer parked in the alley behind Queen Kapiolani across from the zoo parking lot.
Like all the other reviews; the owner/chef is super friendly, makes the food to order, uses an air frier, and has vegan options. Multiple home made sauces but save your time and just get extra of the green. If only I could get the green sauce in a Costco size bottle.
The Colombian potato was my favorite of the four, but all were delicious. We will definitely be back to try the Cubano and Friday's lunch special arroz con pollo. -

Right By the Hyatt Place this little food truck has the beat Empanadas I've rated in a long long time .
I think we are there like 3 nights and my husband even got some Empanadas to go on our way out of Waikiki to eat on the plane for dinner .
We tried the Mac and cheese, Pollo and both were yummy!!! The sauces he serves them with is really delicious. If you call him in advance and order the empanadas he will have them ready for you to go pick it up .sometime it gets really busy . -

Delicious empanda food truck though the line can be insanely long. I got the Argentine beef ones, which had amazingly good beef. The veggie empanadas were also good, but not as good as the meaty one.
